At The Catron Group LLC, we are a faith-based, values-rooted, and resilience-driven collective of women leaders on a mission to empower the next generation. We specialize in nurturing the confidence, leadership, and purpose of girls and young women ages 9–25, helping them rise into their fullest potential with faith, boldness, and vision.

We do this through:

Every program we offer is designed to meet girls and young women where they are—whether they’re navigating finding their voice in elementary, middle school or high-school, applying for college, launching a passion project, or simply discovering who they’re called to be. Through strategic empowerment and faith-filled guidance, we are there to embark on the journey to leadership.
